Last Saturday we transformed the initial “Mexican fajita party” at home into a birthday surprise one, and was so good! Niki was so amazed, she didn’t suspect anything… and after blowing the candles on the BRILLIANT cakes prepared by Sandra, and lots of presents (she looked like Sinterklaas when she left) , we started with the fajitas and mojitos till having a mood of dancing sirtakis… and even rumbas and lambada!!
